This year marked the second in Frantoio Grove's journey into regenerative agriculture. We were excited to taste the fruits of our labor, and we continue to be delighted with the results!
Our goal is to build resilient ecosystems on farm and produce robust, high polyphenol oil that is wildly expressive but also low on the bitterness and astringency that comes from stressed trees and this year early in our harvest we realized we had exceeded even our own expectations.
Straight from the grove - Fresh. Herbaceous. Vibrant.
Each year, we wait for the brief window when our estate-grown Frantoio olives reach their peak ripeness for milling. The fruit must be just ripe enough to develop balanced aromatics and body, yet still green to produce an oil that is complex, layered, and rich in polyphenols— delivering a bright, peppery intensity.
After a bountiful milling season, the 2024 harvest has arrived, and it’s our freshest, most vibrant oil yet. Milled within hours of picking and handled with care to preserve its just-pressed character, this is olive oil at its most alive.
Intensely aromatic, it bursts with notes of fresh grass, artichoke, and wild herbs, finishing with a bold yet balanced peppery kick. A true finishing oil, it transforms dishes into a culinary experience. Drizzle it over grilled vegetables, let it shine on a simple bruschetta, or take a spoonful straight from the bottle!
